Senior ERP Solution Architect - Finance (Microsoft Dynamics 365)

Role: Senior Manager, ERP Finance Systems at Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals, leading Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) delivery and continuous improvement within Finance, Procurement, and related modules. Responsibilities include managing end-to-end ERP projects, driving process efficiencies, stakeholder engagement, translating business needs into functional solutions, overseeing system architecture, integrations, and Power BI reporting, and ensuring compliance with SOX, 21 CFR Part 11, and CSA. The role involves vendor management, solution design, and risk mitigation, with a focus on supporting GxP environments in biopharma. Requirements: 10+ years of hands-on D365 F&O experience across Finance modules, proven leadership, vendor relationship management, and familiarity with Agile, Power Platform, EDI, and treasury automation. Preferred: industry-specific experience in Life Sciences or Pharma, SOX audit background, GxP compliance, and experience with Microsoft Copilot and Power Platform development. Reports to senior leadership, with direct stakeholder interaction across business functions and collaboration with IT vendors. Work setup in CA, WI, or SD, with no travel specified.
