Senior ERP Solution Architect - Finance (Microsoft Dynamics 365)

Role: Senior Manager, ERP Finance Systems leading Dynamics 365 F&O capabilities for finance, procurement, and related modules at Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals. Objectives include delivering end-to-end ERP solutions, process optimization, and stakeholder engagement. Responsibilities encompass managing team delivery, ensuring quality and compliance, architecting system solutions, vendor governance, and supporting audit activities within GxP and regulatory frameworks. Required qualifications: Bachelor’s in Finance or IS; 10+ years’ hands-on D365 F&O experience with deep finance module expertise; proven leadership and vendor management skills; familiarity with Power BI, Power Platform, Agile, and compliance standards like SOX and 21 CFR Part 11. Preferred skills include consulting backgrounds in ERP implementations, GxP expertise, Pharma industry experience, and advanced Power Platform development. The role demands strong stakeholder management, technical design, and regulatory compliance within biopharma’s regulated environment. Work locations are in Pasadena, CA, San Diego, CA, or Madison, WI, with a salary range of $140K–$200K depending on region.
