SUMMARY The Senior ERP Analyst is a senior level enterprise systems professional responsible for shaping, influencing, and supporting advancing global business system capabilities. This role partners with senior business stakeholders that include operations, IT, and global support to drive enterprise-wide process transformation, scalable system strategy, and long-term operational excellence. This is not a transactional Business Analyst role. While the position requires the ability to understand, assess, and translate business requirements to improve processes and system performance, the primary focus is strategic enterprise leadership. The individual in this role operates at a senior level, guiding system direction, evaluating cross-functional and global impacts, and influencing decisions that drive long-term operational performance. Deep experience in global ERP environments is essential. SAP experience is highly preferred; candidates with Oracle or other enterprise-level ERP platforms will also be considered. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Serve as a strategic advisor on enterprise systems, ensuring alignment between business objectives and system capabilities. Evaluate cross-functional and global impacts of system decisions across upstream and downstream processes. Influence enterprise roadmaps, prioritization, and long-term system architecture direction. Identify scalability risks and recommend structural improvements across global operations. Translate high-level strategic objectives into enterprise system enablement plans. Partner with IT to ensure solution design supports long-term enterprise goals. Assess data flows, system integrations, and governance impacts across platforms. Guide master data ownership and enterprise data governance standards. Lead cross-functional enterprise initiatives from concept through implementation. Provide executive-level updates, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies. Drive adoption strategies for new system capabilities across global teams. Lead and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for enterprise platforms to ensure business alignment and readiness. Facilitate governance forums and enterprise decision-making frameworks. Build strong relationships with senior leaders and global stakeholders. Operate as a trusted thought partner to business and technology leadership. Influence without authority in a matrixed, global organization. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related field. 5+ years of progressive experience in enterprise systems leadership, ERP strategy, or large-scale business transformation. Demonstrated success influencing enterprise system direction and cross-functional decision-making. Strong understanding of global process interdependencies and system architecture. Experience leading UAT and enterprise system implementations. Working knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM) and governance frameworks. Experience in Supply Chain, Demand Planning, or Sales & Distribution preferred. PMP or formal project leadership certification is a plus. SAP ERP experience highly preferred (including SAP IBP or related modules). Candidates with Oracle or other global enterprise ERP systems will be considered. Experience working within integrated, global ERP ecosystems is required. Ability to see cross-functional and global system impacts. Confident engaging senior level stakeholders and guiding decisions. Deep understanding of ERP environments and enterprise data structures. Drives adoption across matrix and complex organizations. Structured evaluation of process, performance, and scalability. Clear, persuasive, and insight-driven engagement. Base Pay Expected Base Pay Range: $134,000 to $150,000 Annualized The base pay range included is a projected hiring range for a position, level and potential work location(s) listed. Topcon provides the compensation range that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full-time schedule. In addition to base pay, compensation for this position includes eligibility for certain Bonuses.
