Role: Senior Equipment Systems & Vendor Associate responsible for managing GMP equipment lifecycle systems, calibration, maintenance, and vendor services at a biopharma manufacturing site. Objectives include ensuring data integrity, compliance, and inspection readiness of equipment records, certificates, and manuals. Responsibilities encompass scheduling and tracking preventive maintenance and calibrations, managing vendor documentation and service activities, overseeing system validation and upgrades, and facilitating cross-functional communication to resolve issues and improve workflows. Requirements: 4+ years in equipment lifecycle management within GMP-regulated pharma, biotech, or medical device environments; strong systems aptitude; excellent organizational and collaboration skills; high attention to data accuracy. Preferred: experience with BMRAM software and managing vendor contracts and documentation.
