Role: Senior Equipment Engineering Technician supporting laboratory equipment installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting within a regulated biopharma environment. Objectives include ensuring optimal equipment performance, supporting regulatory compliance, and contributing to continuous process improvements. Responsibilities: manage equipment calibration, preventive maintenance, and repairs; develop and revise SOPs for quality management; assist in audits and compliance documentation; analyze quality data for process improvements; coordinate with vendors; train other technicians; support validation and nonconformance resolution. Requirements: Bachelor's in biological sciences, engineering, or related field; minimum 3 years' experience in FDA-regulated labs, pharma, or medical devices; familiarity with ISO13485, ISO9001, CAP/CLIA, FDA standards; proficiency in MS Office. Preferred: ASQ certification, lab experience in sequencing or quality assurance. High-Value: support for laboratory operations in a regulated biotech setting, with focus on equipment management, compliance, and continuous improvement. Work setup: includes periodic travel, with exposure to lab environments, high noise, fumes, and biohazards.
