Role Summary

Senior Engineer, Technology I responsible for architecting, designing, and supporting integration solutions that align with business needs across US Patient Services & Consumer Marketing. You will lead technical reviews, resolve issues, and guide junior staff and SI partners to deliver optimal solutions. You will ensure project success within scope, budget, and timelines with minimal supervision, and demonstrate expertise in TIBCO BW, microservices, and real-time data integration while collaborating with stakeholders and adhering to corporate and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

  • Architect, design, and support integration solutions aligning with business needs & enterprise platforms.
  • Lead technical reviews, resolve issues, and guide junior staff and SI partners in optimal solution delivery.
  • Ensure project success within scope, budget, and timelines with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrate expertise in TIBCO BW, microservices, and real-time data integration, setting standards and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, adhering to corporate and compliance standards.

Qualifications

  • Required: Bachelor's Degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology or related, and 5 years as an application integration engineer.
  • Required: 5 years developing APIs and services using TIBCO Designer, BusinessWorks 6.x, TIBCO Business Works Container Edition 2.x, EMS 8.x, TIBCO Business Events 5.x, and API Gateway.
  • Required: 5 years building TIBCO Integration using Micro Services, SOA architectures & tools including WS-* stack, SOAP/REST API, ADB Adapters, JDBC, SFTP, XSLT 2.0.
  • Required: 5 years delivering solutions in Agile environments with CI/CD tools as part of DevOps implementation.
  • Required: 5 years designing & implementing integration solutions using best practices & patterns, including flows, mappings, & integration designs.
  • Required: 5 years modeling data effectively using RDBMS, XSD, JSON, & optimized database/XML interactions with SQL.
  • Alternative: Master’s Degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology or related & 2 years as an application integration engineer. Of experience required, must have 2 years with each of (i), (ii), (iii), (vi) & (v).

Skills

  • Expertise in TIBCO BW, microservices, and real-time data integration.
  • Experience with API design and integration patterns (SOAP/REST, WS-*), ADB Adapters, JDBC, SFTP, and XSLT 2.0.
  • Strong design and architecture capabilities for enterprise integration, including flows and mappings.
