Senior Engineer, MS&T

Role: Provide technical leadership and expertise in biomanufacturing process transfer, optimization, and lifecycle management at a Novo Nordisk manufacturing site. Responsibilities: serve as SME for drug substance operations, review and develop process descriptions and technical documentation, evaluate process and equipment improvements, monitor GMP manufacturing data, support validation and change assessments, and collaborate cross-functionally across Process Development, Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering to ensure reliable, compliant, and efficient production of biologics. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field with at least 4 years of relevant experience; advanced degrees (Master's or Doctorate) may substitute for experience. High-Value: biologics, process development, GMP manufacturing, process optimization, validation, risk assessments, and technical documentation. Work setup: on-site in Bloomington, Indiana, with physical requirements including working in cleanrooms, and safety compliance.
