Position Summary
- Senior Engineer, IT – GxP Infrastructure & Systems to support and maintain enterprise infrastructure powering research, manufacturing, quality, clinical, and corporate systems.
- Administer servers, virtualization, storage, networking, cloud services, identity management, cybersecurity platforms, backup infrastructure, and enterprise systems to ensure GxP infrastructure is secure, highly available, and compliant.

Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain infrastructure supporting GxP and enterprise business systems.
- Manage VMware vSphere (vCenter, ESXi 8, VMs, templates, snapshots, resource allocation, lifecycle management).
- Administer Azure, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and enterprise identity services.
- Support Okta IAM (directory sync, SSO, MFA, lifecycle management, troubleshooting).
- Administer Druva backup/DR (monitoring, replication, restore testing, DR validation).
- Configure/maintain/troubleshoot Cisco Nexus, Cisco Meraki, wireless, security appliances, and cloud-managed networking.
- Deploy OS/application/GxP patches and enterprise management tools via approved change management, validation, and cybersecurity procedures.
- Perform preventative maintenance; monitor health/capacity/availability/performance; proactively resolve issues.
- Troubleshoot complex infrastructure (virtualization, storage, networking, authentication, cloud services, enterprise apps).
- Participate in change control; maintain documentation/SOPs/DR documentation/technical standards.
- Rotate on-call support for critical infrastructure services.

Qualifications
- BS in IT/CS/Engineering (or equivalent); 4–6 years enterprise infrastructure administration in a GxP-regulated environment.
- Plus: VCP, Azure Admin Assoc., Windows Server Hybrid Admin Assoc., Okta Cert Admin, CCNA, Fortinet FCA, CompTIA Network+/Security+, ITIL Foundation.
- Experience with Windows Server, VMware vSphere, Azure, Microsoft 365/Entra ID/AD/GPO/DNS/DHCP; identity platforms incl. Okta.
- Experience with servers/storage/backup/endpoints (Lenovo ThinkSystem, Lenovo/NetApp, Druva, NinjaOne, Intune, or comparable).
- Experience with networking/security (Cisco Nexus, Meraki, Fortinet FortiGate, VPN, TCP/IP, routing/switching, wireless, CrowdStrike Falcon).
- Deploy patches, maintain lifecycle/DR testing/tech refresh; ServiceNow/ITSM.
- Knowledge of PowerShell/scripting, automation, cGMP/GxP/CSV, data integrity, 21 CFR Part 11.

Benefits

Physical Requirements
- Occasional work outside business hours; lift up to 25 lbs; PPE; office and regulated lab/manufacturing/data center environments.
