Role: Senior Engineer - ETA ADC/Peptide, providing technical leadership for the design, construction, operation, and maintenance of manufacturing infrastructure for antibody drug conjugates and peptides. Responsibilities: serve as a domain expert on containment, facility, and process equipment; translate business needs into engineering solutions; lead design, equipment selection, and standards development; support construction, commissioning, qualification, and ongoing system performance; drive reliability improvements and troubleshoot issues across global sites. Qualifications: Doctorate or equivalent experience, with a preference for degrees in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering and 5+ years in capital project design, peptide manufacturing, or ADC engineering within regulated environments. Skills: extensive technical support experience, project management, knowledge of cGMP, regulatory standards, and industry trends; demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects. High-Value: focus on ADC and peptide manufacturing, life cycle optimization of process systems, global site support, and compliance with regulatory standards.
