Senior Engineer, Automation - Packaging/Serialization

Role: Senior Engineer, Automation - Packaging/Serialization, providing technical leadership for automation systems supporting packaging, serialization, and product traceability in GMP manufacturing. Responsibilities: lead automation support across production, serve as SME for DCS, BMS, MES, oversee system integration, develop specifications, support new product launches, investigate non-conformances, execute change controls, and support manufacturing operations including on-call duties. Qualifications: Bachelor's in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; 8+ years of automation experience in GMP biopharma; hands-on experience with DCS (preferably Emerson DeltaV), PLC, SCADA, HMI; strong knowledge of validation, GMP, FDA, 21 CFR Part 11, ISA-88 standards; proven project leadership, troubleshooting, and technical communication skills.
