Role: Senior electrical and utility systems engineer responsible for overseeing maintenance, reliability, and project execution of utility infrastructure in a biopharma manufacturing setting. Objectives include enhancing system reliability, supporting capital projects, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Responsibilities encompass designing and modifying electrical systems (power, emergency, UPS), reviewing construction specs, collaborating with contractors, managing project timelines, and leading root cause analysis for equipment issues. Requirements: Bachelor's degree with 4+ years or equivalent experience in electrical utility design, familiarity with electrical codes (NFPA70E, NEC, IEEE), and experience in utility systems for industrial or pharmaceutical environments. Preferred skills include project management, SAP proficiency, and regulatory compliance experience. High-value biopharma specifics involve supporting pharmaceutical manufacturing infrastructure, with emphasis on GxP, safety, and quality standards, and working within a regulatory-compliant environment. The role involves cross-functional collaboration with operations and maintenance teams, and some physical activity within industrial sites. Work is hybrid, with relocation support available.
