Responsibilities encompass translating enterprise goals into actionable district plans, developing high-performing teams through coaching and talent management, and leveraging data and AI tools to inform strategy and optimize execution. The role emphasizes demand generation, care transition management, and stakeholder engagement in complex healthcare settings. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree required; MS/MBA/PhD preferred. At least 8 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical or biotech sales or commercial roles, with a minimum of 2 years in sales management, including leading through change and performance management. Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and be willing to travel up to 50%, including overnight and weekend trips. Preferred skills include enterprise influence, experience in immunology or rare diseases, large account management, and advanced data or AI literacy. The position involves collaboration with Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Sales leadership, and requires strong strategic thinking, coaching, and cross-functional influence skills. Location: Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Buffalo, NY, with a hybrid work setup.
