Responsibilities: translate enterprise and regional strategies into actionable district plans; lead and develop a high-performing sales team; build relationships with healthcare providers and stakeholders; oversee demand execution in outpatient and inpatient settings; leverage data and AI tools for strategic insights; collaborate across functions like Medical Affairs and Marketing; ensure compliance and foster inclusive, accountable team culture. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required; MS/MBA/PhD preferred; minimum 8 years in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales and 2 years in sales management; must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel up to 50%. Preferred: experience in immunology or rare diseases, large account management, and change leadership; familiarity with emerging AI technologies.
