Senior District Business Manager, Neuroscience - COBENFY - South Florida

Role: Senior District Business Manager in Neuroscience (Psychiatry) responsible for leading a team of approximately 10 Therapeutic Area Specialists (TASs) to promote adoption of BMS's psychiatry portfolio, including the launch of COBENFY. Objectives involve coaching on selling skills, scientific engagement, digital capabilities, and strategic planning to maximize customer engagement with Healthcare Providers. Responsibilities include recruiting and onboarding TASs, ensuring continuous skill development, championing new digital tools like CE^3, and executing account planning aligned with market insights. Collaboration spans across Commercial, Medical, and Access organizations, with field-based work expected four days weekly and account management support. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree plus at least 10 years in pharma or related industry; 5+ years as a District Business Manager or similar leadership role; strong understanding of neuropsychiatry and reimbursement landscape; proven leadership and team development skills. Preferred skills include expertise in neuropsychiatry, resourcefulness in customer engagement, scientific agility, change management, data-driven decision-making, and digital fluency. High-value biopharma specifics: focus on neuropsychiatry, schizophrenia, pharma sales, reimbursement, and digital tools.
