Position Summary:
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of ~10 Therapeutic Area Specialists (TASs) to drive adoption of the assigned Psychiatry portfolio and generate demand.
- Coach TASs on learning objectives (selling skills, scientific engagement, digital capabilities) and ensure continuous improvement in core skills.
- Collaborate across Commercial, Medical, and Access organizations; field-based role (anticipated ~4 days/week in the field).

Key Responsibilities:
- In-role coaching and team development; recruit, onboard, and train TASs to support launch of COBENFY.
- Conduct ride-alongs with TASs as relevant to key HCPs.
- Drive continuous improvement in TAS learning journey and behaviors.
- Champion adoption of new capabilities/tools (e.g., CE^3 analytics, content personalization, Medical on Call): role model tools, coach CE^3-based call planning, convene field team for feedback and adoption.
- Execute district promo/budget/HCP-level planning; prioritize accounts using insights; ensure customer experience improvement; lead financial/program planning.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 10+ years pharmaceutical (or related) industry experience.
- Understanding of neuropsychiatry environment/call points/trends (preferred).
- 5+ years as District Business Manager in pharmaceutical sales (or equivalent team leadership) (strongly preferred).
- Pharma experience preferred, including reimbursement/access/distribution.
- Proven track record leading teams and selecting/developing/retaining talent.
- Analytical skills, selling skills, business acumen, knowledge of pharma value chain.
- Qualified Driver requirements for company-provided vehicle (21+, valid license, acceptable driving risk).

Compensation & Benefits (field, US):
- US $166,940–$202,292; additional incentive cash/stock may be available.
