Position: Senior District Business Manager (Cardiovascular) β US Field
Role responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of ~6β10 Territory Account Specialists (TASs) to drive adoption of the Cardiovascular portfolio and generate demand.
- Coach TASs on competencies/learning objectives (e.g., scientific agility, customer/commercial mindset, change agility, teamwork/enterprise mindset) including ride-alongs for key HCPs.
- Ensure continuous improvement in core skills/behavior (scientific agility, patient mindset, digital agility, analytical mindset).
- Champion adoption of new capabilities/tools (e.g., CE^3 analytics, content personalization; Medical on Call/CE^3) and coach TASs on leveraging insights for call planning.
- Execute strategic district planning (account prioritization, promo/budget planning, HCP-level tumor prioritization; improve customer experience; lead financial and program planning).
- Comply with applicable laws, regulations, and BMS policies.
Required qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree (or equivalent) + 5+ years pharmaceutical industry experience (or related).
- Proven record leading/inspiring teams to meet/exceed goals.
- Record selecting, developing, and retaining talent.
Strongly preferred:
- Prior District Business Manager experience in pharmaceutical sales (or equivalent).
- Pharma experience (including reimbursement, access, and distribution environment).
