Position: Senior District Business Manager (Cardiovascular) β€” US Field

Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of ~6–10 Territory Account Specialists (TASs) to drive adoption of BMS Cardiovascular portfolio and generate demand.
- Coach TASs on competencies and learning objectives (e.g., scientific agility, customer/commercial mindset, change agility, teamwork/enterprise mindset) and run selected ride-alongs for key HCPs.
- Ensure continuous improvement of TAS skills/behaviors (scientific, patient, digital, analytical, and customer-focused mindsets).
- Champion adoption of new digital capabilities/tools (e.g., CE^3 analytics, content personalization), including using CE^3 for call planning/prep.
- Execute strategic planning (account prioritization, promo/budget planning, HCP-level tumor prioritization) and lead financial/program planning for the district.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and BMS policies.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) + minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience (or related).
- Proven track record inspiring/leading teams to meet/exceed goals.
- Track record selecting, developing, and retaining talent.
- Experience using analytical skills, selling skills, business acumen, and knowledge of the pharmaceutical value chain.

Preferred Qualifications
- Prior District Business Manager experience in Pharmaceutical Sales (or equivalent).
- Pharma experience, including reimbursement processes and access/distribution environment.

Driver requirement
- Employment contingent on meeting Qualified Driver requirements for a company-provided vehicle (e.g., at least 21, valid in-good-standing license, acceptable driving risk).

Compensation
- Field (US): $168,130–$203,734 (plus possible incentives/stock based on eligibility).
