Responsibilities:
- Lead BMSβs U.S. policy analytics capability; translate U.S. policy signals into decision-ready insights.
- Own scenario modeling and policy impact quantification for Medicare/Medicaid reforms, tariffs/trade, affordability initiatives, price controls, PBM reforms, IRA, 340B, and other U.S. healthcare policies.
- Lead and mentor the U.S. Policy Analytics team; integrate policy implications into enterprise planning.
- Build/maintain financial and policy models of pricing and reimbursement impacts across the BMS portfolio.
- Interpret complex statutes/regulations and convert policy guidance into actionable insights for strategic planning.
- Develop executive-level presentations/briefings; oversee evidence-based external engagement and advocacy analytics.
- Champion adoption of generative AI and digital solutions for analytics rigor, efficiency, and scalability.
Qualifications:
- Advanced degree preferred (MBA/MPH/MPP/PharmD/PhD or equivalent).
- Minimum 10 years in health policy, policy analytics, financial forecasting, government pricing, or related commercial analytics.
- Deep understanding of U.S. healthcare policy, government pricing, and reimbursement.
- Experience operating in ambiguous, rapidly evolving environments; leadership of high-performing analytics teams.
- Strong ability to communicate complex analyses to senior stakeholders; AI-enabled/digital analytics experience strongly preferred.

- Starting base range: $245,650β$297,670 (Princeton, NJ and Washington, DC).
