Responsibilities
- Lead planning and implementation of all Omnichannel/Digital initiatives for US teams; translate Brand vision into Omnichannel/Digital reality for HCP and Patient customers.
- Shape and execute next-generation Omnichannel/Digital strategy by building an AI-powered, data-driven ecosystem for personalized, always-on engagement at scale.
- Lead transformation from traditional campaign marketing to AI-driven dynamic engagement using Decision Engines for personalized Next Best Actions across content, channel, cadence, and touchpoints.
- Operationalize predictive analytics and real-time insights to enable adaptive execution with measurable outcomes.
- Drive omnichannel orchestration adoption via automation and modular content; own governance, training, and performance frameworks.
- Lead Omnichannel Transformation across teams/TA/Brands; serve as primary contact for E2E Omnichannel/Digital strategy and execution for a key TA/Brand (journey, campaign planning, CX design; ensure media integration).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Media, Operations, Change Mgmt, Measurement, IT) and external/functional partners (PRC, Privacy, Regulatory, Field, Patient Services) to ensure compliant, best-in-class execution within SAFE agile processes.
- Provide leadership on digital channels, content, measurement; design Omnichannel/Digital playbooks and SOPs for consistency and scalability.
- Be expert in the MarTech ecosystem; champion Decision and Activation Engines; ensure programs can be executed and measured.
- Take E2E accountability for omnichannel campaign performance; monitor dashboards, interpret action rates with Customer Analysts, and lead optimization.
Qualifications (Required)
- 15+ yearsβ omnichannel/digital engagement healthcare experience (Pharmaceutical/Biotech) across strategy, planning, execution, measurement.
- Experience driving next-generation omnichannel as a Brand experience architect using an AI Decision Engine.
- Ability to manage and influence senior executives.
- Proven next-generation omnichannel strategy and execution with AI.
