Responsibilities:
- Execute and enhance the US Market Data & Technology strategy/roadmap; translate business strategy into scalable data, reporting, and operational solutions.
- Lead data strategy, data acquisition, and data governance (quality, consistency, accessibility, compliance, security).
- Provide oversight of master data management and business data stewardship.
- Partner with Global IT to align US Market needs with enterprise architecture/infrastructure/governance.
- Lead CRM and commercial technology platform strategy, implementation, optimization, and adoption (including Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud).
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Field/Marketing Operations, Medical Affairs, and Market Access to ensure CRM/business process alignment to customer engagement.
- Collect/prioritize end-user feedback to improve CRM functionality and user experience.
- Streamline business tools/processes; integrate AI technologies with Data Science/DDAI.
- Define key metrics/KPIs and deliver business intelligence platforms, reporting, dashboards, and data visualization.
- Evaluate opportunities to improve data integration, reporting, and analytics infrastructure.
- Build/empower a high-performing, matrixed team; provide leadership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelorβs degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 15+ years in pharma/biotech/healthcare (or related).
- Demonstrated leadership in business-facing technology and in-depth data.
- Strong data strategy/governance/master data management; IT partnership experience.
- CRM strategy/implementation/optimization/user adoption experience.
- Commercial oncology data asset knowledge (e.g., specialty pharmacy/distributor, chargeback, claims, third-party media, syndicated data).
- BI/dashboarding/data visualization experience.
- Preferred: Databricks, dbt, Tableau; Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud.
- Strong stakeholder management; ability to balance strategy with execution in a fast-paced environment.
