Senior Director, US HCP Marketing and Omnichannel, Obesity and Related Conditions

What You Will Do
- Lead US healthcare professional (HCP) marketing strategy and execution across obesity and related conditions.
- Own personal promotion, omnichannel engagement, digital marketing, training, and field marketing programs to support launch readiness and commercial growth.
- Develop integrated HCP engagement plans, ensure alignment across customer touchpoints, and lead a high-performing team focused on impactful customer experiences and business results.
- Partner with patient marketing leadership to coordinate integrated HCP + patient engagement strategies, ensuring consistent campaign execution and aligned messaging across channels.

Lead HCP Marketing Strategy
- Develop and lead US HCP marketing strategy across the obesity portfolio.
- Translate brand strategy into customer-focused engagement plans; define HCP segmentation, targeting, and engagement strategies.
- Use customer insights/analytics/market intelligence to optimize; establish performance metrics and measurement frameworks.

Lead Personal Promotion and Field Marketing
- Lead strategy, development, and execution of personal promotion and field marketing programs.
- Oversee sales materials, training resources, promotional tools, and customer engagement programs.
- Partner with sales leadership; lead National Sales Meeting content and promotional initiatives.

Lead Omnichannel and Digital Marketing
- Lead omnichannel engagement across HCP segments; oversee digital programs (HCP websites, email, and non-personal promotion).
- Ensure coordinated engagement across personal, digital, and emerging channels; drive innovation in engagement approaches/capabilities/marketing technologies.

Build Organizational Capability and Drive Execution Excellence
- Build and lead the HCP marketing and omnichannel organization; establish priorities and operating models.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Medical Affairs, Analytics, Compliance, Regulatory, Market Access, Global); ensure timely, effective execution and provide recommendations to senior leadership.

Qualifications
- Basic: Doctorate + 5 years marketing OR Masterโ€™s + 9 years OR Bachelorโ€™s + 11 years; plus at least 5 years directly managing people or leading teams/projects/programs/resources.
- Preferred: Significant pharma/biotech HCP marketing, personal promotion, omnichannel, digital, and field marketing experience; commercialization/launch readiness success; integrated omnichannel strategy delivery; leadership of marketing organizations; strong omnichannel and analytics understanding; proven sales alignment; cross-functional leadership in matrixed environments; ability to integrate HCP and patient strategies.
