Senior Director, Translational Medicine

Role: Senior Director of Translational Medicine leading biomarker research to support clinical oncology programs. Responsibilities: develop and execute comprehensive biomarker strategies; lead cross-functional teams; select, validate, and implement biomarkers (e.g., pharmacodynamic, predictive, resistance); author protocol sections; ensure assay validation; contribute to regulatory submissions and scientific dissemination; collaborate across research, clinical development, biostatistics, and regulatory teams; ensure GxP and regulatory compliance. Requirements: PhD with 10+ years in clinical biomarker development within drug development, particularly in oncology or immunology; expertise in biomarker technologies, assay validation, and data analysis (preferably R or Python); proven strategic leadership and innovation; strong communication skills.
