Senior Director, Trade & Distribution

Role: Senior Director of Trade and Distribution overseeing Replimune’s distribution strategy for oncolytic immunotherapies. Objectives include managing vendor relationships, optimizing supply chain and inventory management, and ensuring patient and provider access to therapies. Responsibilities encompass leading distribution partner selection, contract execution, performance monitoring, data analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams such as sales, supply chain, legal, and finance. The role involves developing operational budgets, ensuring compliance with healthcare laws, and addressing service gaps. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree with 15+ years in biotech/pharma, notably in oncology product distribution and management of 3PL, specialty distributors, and GPO vendors. Extensive experience in handling oncology buy-and-bill and specialty handling, with advanced analytical skills, vendor forecasting, and budget management. Proficiency in pharma data platforms, negotiation, and executive communication is essential. Preferred: MBA. High-value: Oncology, oncolytic immunotherapies, specialty distribution, US healthcare compliance, and 25% travel (~4-6 trips/year). Work setup: Remote with 25% travel.
