Role: Senior Toxicologist leading nonclinical safety strategy within Revolution Medicines' NDCP department, supporting oncology drug development. Responsibilities: direct toxicology studies for small molecules and biologics, serve as toxicology representative on R&D teams, design and interpret GLP-compliant studies for candidate selection and regulatory filings, author regulatory documents, and guide mechanistic toxicology investigations using in vitro and in vivo models, including emerging methodologies. Requirements: PhD in Toxicology or related field with 10+ years (DABT preferred); extensive expertise in nonclinical safety assessment, GLP standards, and global regulatory interactions; proven leadership and cross-disciplinary communication skills. Preferred: mechanistic and translational safety assessment expertise, familiarity with impurity risk, product quality, and in silico toxicology. High-value specifics: involvement across small molecules and biologics, supporting IND-enabling activities and global regulatory submissions, with a focus on oncology therapeutics in RAS-addicted cancers. Collaboration: work closely with R&D colleagues, investigative toxicology teams, and regulatory authorities. Location: onsite at Redwood City, CA, with a salary range of $244K-$305K, inclusive of benefits and incentives.
