Senior Director, Thought Leader Liaison: GI – US IMM

Responsibilities
- Build and sustain deep partnerships with 30–40 Gastroenterology (GI) Thought Leaders (HCPs and KOS) in assigned geography; identify next-wave TLs.
- Maintain prioritized view of contracted faculty, rising stars, and emerging influencers; conduct annual faculty assessment.
- Engage current and rising TLs early; coach/develop faculty via monthly in-clinic and live touchpoints.
- Lead GI-fluencer identification; manage LUSA partnership in coordination with Brand.
- Translate brand strategy into local behavior change; deploy peer-to-peer and expert influence.
- Generate high-quality insight initiatives that influence upstream commercial decisions; provide congress synthesis (β€œso what/now what”).
- Provide field perspective into annual Customer Planning/Business Planning; partner with Market Research.
- Steer RHM ecosystem stewardship and partnership with Field on external TL landscape.
- Coach faculty for clinical aptitude and podium excellence; ensure compliant peer-to-peer education.
- Provide strategic input on P2P content/key messages; develop sales-force P2P educational vision and workshop content.
- Selectively attend brand meetings; create FCAPs/RFSs; train sales reps; complete required clinical/compliance/ITP training.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Professional certification/license if required by the state.
- Valid US driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
- Full-time US work authorization required; no visa sponsorship.

Preferred Skills
- Senior-leader performance management; prior Marketing/TLL experience; prior launch experience.
- PhD/MPH/PharmD/MBA.
- 7–10 years industry experience (Immunology strongly preferred), with leadership, customer-facing results, and TL engagement.
- US affiliate marketing approval and external agency/vendor management.
- Strong clinical aptitude for complex GI biologic discussions.

Additional
- 50–70% domestic travel (evenings/weekends); reside within ~30 miles of a hub-city airport (Southeast).
- Anticipated wage: $154,500–$248,600; potential company bonus; comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401(k), life insurance, and well-being benefits.
