Senior Director, Thought Leader Liaison: Dermatology/Allergy – US IMM

Responsibilities
- Build and sustain deep partnerships with 30–40 Dermatology and Allergy Thought Leaders (HCPs and KOS); identify the next wave of TLs.
- Maintain a prioritized view of contracted faculty, rising stars, and emerging influencers; conduct annual faculty assessment.
- Engage current and rising TLs early to shape strategy; coach and develop faculty via monthly in-clinic and live touchpoints.
- Lead Dermfluencer identification; manage the LUSA partnership in coordination with Brand.
- Translate brand strategy into local behavior change; deploy P2P and expert influence to drive adoption.
- Generate fewer, higher-quality insights that influence upstream commercial decisions; deliver structured insight initiatives.
- Maintain precision presence at priority local/regional congresses; provide post-congress synthesis (β€œso what / now what”).
- Provide field perspective into annual Customer Planning and Business Planning; partner with Market Research.
- Own ecosystem (RHM) stewardship and partnership with Field on TL landscape.
- Coach faculty for clinical aptitude and podium excellence; ensure compliant P2P education.
- Provide strategic input into P2P content/messages; own strategic faculty/content lens.
- Develop vision for sales force P2P initiatives and create sales workshop content.
- Attend brand meetings selectively; create FCAPs/RFSs; train reps on P2P procedures.
- Complete required clinical, compliance, and ITP training; adhere to company and external obligations.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Required professional certification/license if required by a specific state.
- Valid US driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
- Full-time US work authorization; no visa/work authorization sponsorship (including but not limited to F-1 CPT/OPT/STEM OPT, J-1, H-1B, TN, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, L-1).

Preferred Skills
- Senior-leader performance management; prior Marketing or TLL experience; prior launch experience.
- PhD/MPH/PharmD/MBA.
- 7–10 years industry experience (Immunology strongly preferred).
- US affiliate marketing approval process and agency/vendor management expertise.
- High clinical aptitude for complex biologic discussions in Dermatology/Allergy.
- Ability to translate insights into strategic brand input and measurable local adoption changes.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, self-management, and influence skills.
- Knowledge of regional market dynamics/TL relationships; apply Compliance Policies and Good Promotional Practices.

Additional Information
- ~50–70% domestic travel (evenings/weekends).
- Must reside within ~30 miles of a hub-city airport in the California Region.
