Responsibilities
- Build and sustain deep partnerships with 30–40 Dermatology/Allergy thought leaders (HCPs and KOS) in assigned geography; identify next-wave TLs.
- Maintain a prioritized expert ecosystem (contracted faculty, rising stars, emerging influencers); conduct annual faculty assessment.
- Engage TLs early; coach/develop faculty via monthly in-clinic/live touchpoints.
- Lead Dermfluencer identification and coordinate LUSA partnership.
- Translate brand strategy into local behavior change using P2P and expert influence to drive adoption.
- Generate structured, high-quality insights that influence upstream commercial decisions; provide congress synthesis and β€œso what/now what” actions.
- Provide field perspective into Customer/Business Planning; partner with Market Research on key insights.
- Coach faculty for clinical aptitude/podium excellence; ensure compliant P2P education; shape P2P messages.
- Selectively attend brand meetings; create FCAPs/RFSs; train sales on P2P procedures.
- Complete required clinical/compliance/ITP training and adhere to all policies.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Required professional certification/license (if required by specific state).
- Valid US driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
- Authorized to work in the US full-time; no visa sponsorship.

Preferred Skills
- Senior leader performance management; prior Marketing or TLL and launch experience.
- Advanced degree (PhD/MPH/PharmD/MBA).
- 7–10 years industry experience (Immunology strongly preferred).
- US affiliate marketing approval and external agency/vendor management.

Additional Information
- ~50–70% domestic travel; must reside within ~30 miles of a hub-city airport (Philadelphia or Washington DC area).
