Senior Director, Thought Leader Engagement (H&N)

Role: Senior Director, Thought Leader Engagement Head & Neck Cancer, responsible for developing and executing strategic KOL engagement plans in Head & Neck Oncology. Objectives include fostering relationships with academic and community oncology leaders, guiding cross-functional teams, and informing brand strategies through scientific insights. Responsibilities encompass leading a national team of field-based TLE professionals, collaborating with Medical Affairs, Marketing, and other stakeholders on advisory boards, congresses, and launch activities, and overseeing budget and compliance. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required, advanced degrees (MBA, MS, PharmD, PhD) preferred; 12+ years in oncology pharma/biotech sales, marketing, or medical roles with proven thought leader engagement experience; deep oncology expertise and product launch background preferred. High-Value: Oncology (Head & Neck), oncology product launches, scientific and market insights, KOL relationship building, cross-functional leadership, domestic travel. Work setup involves significant domestic travel to support field activities, congresses, and team leadership.
