Role Summary
Senior Director, Target Analysis BU Leader oversees the new Target Analysis Business Unit, integrating Antibody and Licensing & Commercial Supply portfolios to drive growth in Spatial Biology, Immunoassays, and LCS opportunities across life science, diagnostic, and therapeutic markets.
Responsibilities
- Application Strategy & Market Focus: Define and lead application-centric strategies for Spatial Biology, Immunoassays, and Licensing & Commercial Supply (LCS); identify unmet market needs and shape portfolio roadmaps, workflow positioning, and value propositions; collaborate with Product Marketing and Commercial teams to define go-to-market strategies.
- Business Ownership & Execution: Serve as the business owner responsible for delivering revenue growth and profitability; lead the Product Management team with sharp prioritization and lifecycle management across the Antibody and LCS portfolios; operate in a matrixed environment with R&D, Sales, Product Marketing, and Supply Chain.
- LCS Growth Engine: Build and execute a strategy for sustained growth in Licensing & Commercial Supply; deepen OEM relationships and identify/grow new LCS accounts.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in life science tools, diagnostics, or reagent-based businesses, including product management, commercial strategy, or business unit leadership.
- Strong domain knowledge in antibodies, spatial biology, and/or immunoassays with ability to define customer-led growth strategies.
- Experience across LCS/OEM models and navigating research and regulated markets.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence strategy in a matrixed environment.
- Data-driven, commercially minded, and comfortable with P&L ownership.
