Senior Director, Supply Strategy and Innovation

Discover Your Role:
- Develop, implement, and continuously evolve the Supply Chain Center of Excellence long-range strategy and roadmap; integrate with S&OP and translate strategy for stakeholders.
- Build cross-functional alignment with IT/OT, IOPS PMO, Finance, CMC Program Management, Regulatory Sciences, Commercial, R&D, Procurement, and Manufacturing to ensure unified objectives and delivery accountability.
- Own the supply chain project portfolio; drive milestone performance; lead change management and adoption across suppliers, customers, and end users.
- Lead advanced planning and analytics tool utilization/evolution (ERP/MRP/APS); own supply chain master data and integrate into enterprise governance; partner with IT/OT on the digital planning systems roadmap.
- Champion continuous improvement to reduce lead times, manage costs, and improve end-to-end supply chain efficiency.
- Develop and trend KPIs; assess financial/operational impact; engage leadership on efficiency opportunities while minimizing cost.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team with accountability, agility, and data-driven decision-making.

This Role Requires:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 15+ years progressive experience (Senior Director level).
- Deep expertise in demand planning, supply planning, and supply chain management; strong ERP/MRP/APS and planning analytics.
- Experience executing long-range supply chain strategy (ideal in a Center of Excellence or matrixed organization).
- cGMP environment experience and regulatory understanding preferred.
- Relevant certifications a plus: PMP, APICS, ISM, ASQ, CPIM, CSCP, CPSM, CSSBB, or Lean Six Sigma.
