Senior Director, Supply Strategy and Innovation

Role: Senior Director of Supply Strategy and Innovation leading Regeneron's Supply Chain Center of Excellence. Objectives include developing and executing long-term supply chain strategies, transforming processes, and ensuring alignment across clinical and commercial manufacturing/distribution. Responsibilities involve strategic planning, stakeholder collaboration (IT/OT, Finance, R&D, Manufacturing), overseeing project portfolios, advancing planning tools, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements: Bachelor's in Business, Engineering, or related field, with 15+ years of progressive supply chain experience, deep expertise in demand and supply planning, and proficiency with ERP/MRP/APS systems. Preferred: advanced degree, cGMP experience, and certifications such as PMP, APICS, or Lean Six Sigma. High-Value: biopharma supply chain, global manufacturing/distribution, focus on efficiency, cost management, and digital transformation.
