Operations
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end supply chain strategy and operations for clinical assets (planning, procurement, warehousing, logistics).
- Manage day-to-day supply chain, logistics, and inventory to ensure continuity of supply while optimizing cost, quality, and delivery.
- Oversee cGMP pharmaceutical supply operations, forecasting, and support global product launches.
- Lead and develop procurement/supply chain team; manage suppliers, contracts, procurement operations, and GxP compliance.
- Oversee forecasting, demand planning, supply strategy, packaging/labeling, and global distribution for clinical programs (Phases 1β4).
- Ensure availability of raw materials/consumables for GMP production and R&D; mitigate supply chain risks with scenario planning and contingencies.
- Drive inspection/audit readiness, SOP governance, standardization/process mapping, and digital transformation/continuous improvement (tracking, tools, automation, analytics).
- Establish and monitor KPIs; manage international shipments, customs paperwork, and IP release coordination.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs or masterβs; 12+ years supply chain planning/management experience in biotech/pharma with global experience.
- Demonstrated clinical and commercial drug supply chain success.
- Deep cGMP/GDP knowledge; ERP proficiency (Planning, Purchasing, Inventory).
- Leadership in building high-performing teams; experience with 3PL/logistics providers; cold-chain shipping knowledge (cryopreserved a plus).
- Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and project management skills.
Compensation:
- Annual bonus, equity, and generous benefits package.
- Anticipated salary range: $230,000β$250,000.
