Senior Director Supplier Quality

Role: Senior Director of Supplier Quality responsible for establishing and managing a risk-based supplier management program to ensure GMP, GDP, and regulatory compliance, safeguarding product quality and patient safety. Responsibilities: lead and mentor supplier quality teams; oversee supplier performance, quality investigations, and compliance activities; manage quality agreements with packaging, labeling, 3PL, and artwork vendors; review batch documentation and approve finished products for release; support product recalls, field actions, and regulatory responses; and escalate risks to senior management. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, or Engineering; at least 12 years of GMP experience within biotech, biologics, or pharma manufacturing; minimum 5 years of leadership managing quality professionals; extensive oversight of CMOs, labs, and third-party logistics.
