Role: Senior Director, Project Management, guiding long-term portfolio strategy within AbbVie's Therapeutic Area (TA) to maximize asset value and pipeline progression. Responsibilities: serve as a core TEC member, advising Asset Development Teams on strategic alignment and application of the Asset Playbook; collaborate with Business Development and Ventures teams on external molecule assessments; provide strategic input into disease opportunity profiling and competitive environment analysis; facilitate the identification and integration of novel tools and technologies; drive stakeholder engagement considering external regulatory and patient landscape; coordinate strategic planning and portfolio documentation; foster external collaborations to advance disease understanding and holistic patient solutions.
