Senior Director, Software Engineering

Role: Senior leader responsible for developing and executing the strategic vision for the ServiceNow platform within a biopharma context, focusing on enterprise data, platform capabilities, and automation readiness. Responsibilities: partner with Manufacturing, Research & Labs, Animal Health, and other business units; oversee data governance, quality, and modeling to support AI and future workflows; establish product roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, and influence platform evolution; lead a global team spanning U.S. and international functions; drive data platform innovations aligned with regulatory (GxP, GxP, GDPR, HIPAA) and industry standards. Requirements: Bachelor's in data science, analytics, or related field; 13+ years in technology/digital leadership within pharma or life sciences; proven experience managing enterprise data platforms (ServiceNow, AWS, Databricks); strong stakeholder engagement skills; expertise in data governance, cloud architectures, and agile product management. High-Value: focus on pharma research, manufacturing, compliance, and enterprise data domains; experience with ServiceNow modules such as CMDB, ITOM, Asset Management; leadership in AI-enabled workflows and scalable data architectures. WorkSetup: hybrid (3 days/week in Rahway, NJ); travel ~10%.
