Role: Senior Director of Manufacturing Science and Technology (MSAT) leading cell therapy manufacturing at a global site network. Objectives include supporting clinical, process validation, and commercial manufacturing, ensuring process robustness, compliance, and efficiency. Responsibilities: define and execute site MSAT strategies; lead and develop high-performing GMP teams; oversee technology transfer, process validation, and commercial supply; implement process improvements and risk mitigation; serve as senior regulatory and quality interface, supporting inspections and audits; collaborate with Manufacturing Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and CMC teams across development stages. Qualifications: B.S./M.S./Ph.D. in Chemical/Biochemical/Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, or related fields; 12+ years in cell therapy/biologics/vaccines manufacturing, process development, or CMC leadership; deep GMP operations expertise, including clinical and commercial scale-up, process validation, and site readiness.
