Senior Director SI Service

Role: Senior Director leading the US Surgery and USCAN SVG field service organization, responsible for P&L, service delivery, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: oversee financial performance, operational discipline, and growth of service revenue through contract renewals, post-warranty conversions, and new product launches; drive digital adoption, including remote connectivity and AI-driven predictive services; build and develop a geographically dispersed workforce; set organizational culture and safety standards; lead leadership team development and succession planning; ensure quality, compliance, and customer relationship management; promote best practices across the organization. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent leadership experience; 10+ years in leadership roles within corporate or military settings; proven P&L ownership with track record of profitable growth; experience in healthcare, especially FDA-regulated medical devices, surgical or capital equipment; strong business acumen, communication, and change management skills; ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment; based in Salt Lake City, Utah, with onsite work. Preferred: experience managing distributed field service teams, recruiting in labor-constrained markets, deploying connected service technologies.
