Senior Director, Search & Evaluation Late TA Lead, Immunology

Role: Senior Director of Search & Evaluation for Immunology, leading strategic sourcing and assessment of late-stage external assets (Phase 2 to marketed). Responsibilities: influence portfolio strategy within the Therapy Area Leadership Team, identify and evaluate external assets, engage with KOLs and investigators, conduct cross-functional due diligence, and support deal negotiations. Also, represent the company externally at conferences and maintain awareness of standards of care and competitive landscape. Requirements: 15+ years in biopharma with expertise in clinical development, external innovation, or BD; advanced degree (MD, PhD); deep clinical knowledge in Immunology; proven success in sourcing and closing late-stage deals; strong engagement skills with KOLs and networks.
