Senior Director, Safety & Pharmacovigilance

Role: Senior Director of Safety & Pharmacovigilance overseeing global drug safety throughout product lifecycle, from clinical trials to post-marketing. Responsibilities: lead pharmacovigilance strategy, maintain compliance with international regulations, oversee safety surveillance, signal detection, and risk management; manage safety systems and vendor performance; provide safety input for regulatory submissions and inspections; support safety governance and risk mitigation; collaborate with Clinical Development, Regulatory, Medical, and Quality functions. Requirements: extensive experience in pharmacovigilance leadership, strategic and operational expertise, and regulatory knowledge.
