Senior Director, Regional Clinical Study Management

Role: Regional Clinical Operations Leader responsible for overseeing clinical study management within the assigned therapeutic portfolio, ensuring delivery quality, timelines, and budget adherence. Responsibilities: lead regional clinical teams and external partners, manage study timelines from feasibility to closeout, optimize trial operations, ensure compliance with GxP regulations, develop regional strategies, and promote continuous improvement in quality and efficiency. Also responsible for resource planning, budget management, vendor oversight, and stakeholder communication. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare discipline, 12+ years of clinical operations experience in biotech, pharma, or CRO; master's preferred. Proven leadership in clinical research, with experience managing multiple studies and cross-functional teams. Skills in project planning, budget management, and regulatory compliance are essential. High-value specifics: experience in oncology or cancer indications preferred, with familiarity in phases II-III clinical trials, and inspection readiness activities. Travel may be required based on business needs. The role involves strategic regional leadership, collaboration with global teams, and mentoring of clinical study managers.
