Senior Director, Program Management

Role: Senior Director, Program Management, leading strategic and operational execution for Insmed's global programs in serious and rare diseases. Responsibilities: serve as senior operational proxy to the Global Program Head, drive cross-functional program strategy, governance, and integrated planning across development, regulatory, manufacturing, and commercial phases; facilitate organizational effectiveness, risk governance, and executive communication; support the respiratory diagnosis expansion team as an embedded project manager; mentor talent, and enhance program management processes. Requirements: Bachelor's in science, medical, or business discipline; 15+ years in biotech/pharma program management with senior leadership experience; proven track record in drug development from early phases through commercialization, including regulatory submissions (NDA/BLA/IND), and cross-functional launch planning; strong executive presence and influence. Preferred qualifications: advanced degree (Ph.D., Pharm.D., M.D., MBA), PMP certification, experience in rare disease or respiratory therapeutics, proficiency with MS Project, Veeva, SharePoint; experience bridging development and commercial functions.
