Senior Director Program Management

Role: Senior Director, Program Management, leading cross-functional drug development programs in neuroscience at Ovid Therapeutics. Responsibilities: manage programs from late discovery through clinical phases, translating strategies into actionable plans, developing integrated timelines, identifying risks and gaps, and driving decision-making and execution; build and lead a scalable program management team; facilitate collaboration across Research, Clinical, Regulatory, CMC, Safety, and Commercial functions; establish governance and strategic frameworks; oversee budgets and resources; support portfolio growth and process optimization. Requirements: Bachelor's in life sciences or related field; 15+ years in pharma/biotech with substantial drug development experience; 10+ years in cross-functional program management, preferably in CNS/neuroscience; proven success in managing complex, multi-stage development programs; strong understanding of global drug development processes, risk management, and governance; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
