Senior Director, Program Lead

Objectives include driving program strategy from nomination to market, overseeing all R&D activities, and ensuring alignment with corporate goals. Responsibilities involve leading cross-functional teams for strategy formulation, decision-making, risk management, and external stakeholder engagement; communicating progress and risks to leadership; and fostering collaboration across internal and external partners. Qualifications: minimum 15 years in biopharma drug development, with at least 3 years in program leadership; strong understanding of drug development processes; excellent communication and influence skills; resilient and adaptable leadership style. Preferred: experience managing cross-functional teams, late-phase or commercial development, and partnerships with alliances or BizDev teams; proficiency with MS Office and project management tools.
