The Sr. Director of Product Operations, CXM is responsible for end-to-end product release management collaborating with Sr. Product Managers for software development, managing the entire release process from planning, engineering, testing, to deployment and beyond. They ensure that product releases are well-coordinated, efficient, and align with product managers' goals and customer expectations.
Collaborates with product managers to define release scope, objectives, schedules, environment availability, ensuring alignment with product roadmaps across all squads (10+ at a time).
They facilitate communication and collaboration between product management, development, quality assurance, and operations teams, ensuring everyone is on the same page.
They manage and coordinate the actual deployment of software releases, including scheduling, preparation, merging, branching, product observability, and post-release monitoring.
The product operation leader works to continuously improve release processes and practices, identifying areas for optimization and efficiency gains.
Provides insights to the technical and architectural roadmap, ensuring the release process supports scale, reliability and innovation.
Ensures consistent use of J&J tools across squads: Jira, Nexus, CMDB, LeanIX, Roadmunk, etc.
Ensures consistent and comprehensive test automation strategy across product teams and coordinates end to end testing and performance testing.
Ensures releases comply with internal audit, information security, regulatory compliance standards across global markets.
They maintain comprehensive documentation of release plans, processes, and outcomes, ensuring a clear and transparent process.
Establishes and tracks key metrics (ex. deployment cadences, defect arrival pattern rates, MTTR, lead times, platform adoption rate, active unique users, feature adoption rate, etc.) to continuously improve product delivery.
A well-coordinated release process minimizes risks, reduces errors, and ensures a positive customer experience.
The product ops leaders acts as a bridge between different teams, fostering communication and collaboration.
They help product managers focus on product strategy and roadmap while ensuring the successful delivery of releases.

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporationโs performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Companyโs discretion on an individual basis.
