Senior Director - Product Marketing, Oncology Therapy Selection

Role: Senior Director of Product Marketing for Oncology Therapy Selection at Caris, leading strategic planning, positioning, and commercialization of diagnostic products MI Cancer Seek and Caris Assure. Responsibilities: develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with corporate goals, lead cross-functional teams, define product differentiation and messaging based on clinical utility and economic value, oversee product launches and lifecycle management, and collaborate with sales, medical affairs, research, market access, and other functions to drive market adoption and product differentiation. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required; MBA, PhD, MD or similar advanced degrees preferred; 12+ years in product marketing or related leadership roles within healthcare, biotech, diagnostics, or precision medicine; experience in oncology or molecular diagnostics strongly preferred. High-Value: oncology, molecular diagnostics, precision medicine, product launches, commercialization, reimbursement, clinical evidence, and competitive intelligence. Work setup: periodic travel for customer meetings, conferences, and internal events; includes evening, weekend, or holiday work as needed.
