Senior Director, Product Management

Role: Senior Director of Product Management for global Medical Affairs AI/digital products, overseeing full lifecycle from ideation to scale. Responsibilities: define product vision and strategy, develop and prioritize roadmaps, translate complex stakeholder needs into clear requirements, lead cross-functional teams, and manage product adoption and value realization. Engage senior stakeholders across Medical Affairs, Oncology, and International functions to align priorities and influence decision-making. Lead product lifecycle governance, ensure compliance with data privacy and AI regulations, and mentor product teams. Qualifications: 12+ years in product management, with at least 4-5 years at senior/director level managing end-to-end products, ideally within pharmaceutical or regulated industries. Demonstrated experience translating business and scientific strategies into scalable AI solutions, managing senior stakeholder relationships, and working within agile frameworks. Preferred: Medical Affairs domain knowledge, experience with AI/ML products, and understanding of responsible AI and emerging regulations like the EU AI Act.
