Senior Director, Product Management

Role: Senior Director of Product Management overseeing global AI and digital products within Medical Affairs, focusing on Oncology, International, and enterprise capabilities. Objectives: own product lifecycle from ideation to deployment, ensuring adoption, business value, and outcome impact. Responsibilities: define product vision, strategy, and roadmap; engage senior stakeholders (VP/SVP level), translating complex needs into clear requirements; collaborate with architecture and engineering teams for scalable, compliant solutions; lead cross-functional teams without direct authority; manage product lifecycle, including post-launch metrics and compliance considerations. Qualifications: 12+ years in product management with at least 4-5 years at senior/director level; proven experience translating enterprise or life sciences strategies into scalable AI-based solutions; strong stakeholder management with senior executives; familiarity with agile methodologies; pharmaceutical or regulated industry experience preferred, especially in Medical Affairs; knowledge of AI/ML, responsible AI, and emerging AI regulation (e.g., EU AI Act). High-Value: focus on enterprise AI in Medical Affairs, global deployment, collaboration with senior leadership, and experience with regulated data privacy and compliance.
