Senior Director, Process Excellence

Process Excellence & Business Transformation
- Define and execute the enterprise digital process strategy across Retail, Institutional, and BioSimilars.
- Identify and prioritize high-value opportunities for automation, AI, and digital tools.
- Drive measurable improvements in cycle time, quality, customer experience, and profitability.

Operational Process Ownership
- Own end-to-end process design and continuous improvement for:
- Order management and order-to-cash
- Pricing, bid-quote, contracting, and CPQ
- eCommerce and digital marketing
- Customer service and customer/government portals
- Warehouse management, distribution, and 3PL coordination
- Institutional and retail sales operations
- Identify inefficiencies/bottlenecks and develop scalable, resilient strategies.

AI & Digital Innovation
- Lead identification, prioritization, and adoption of AI/digital solutions.
- Establish governance, value measurement, and adoption frameworks.

Analytics & Performance Management
- Define enterprise commercial KPIs and dashboards; standardize reporting.
- Use data-driven insights for continuous improvement.

Cross-Functional Leadership
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Finance; align with business strategy.
- Liaise with IT on architecture, delivery, security, and scalability; ensure outcomes.
- Translate business outcomes into technology solutions.

Leadership & Team Development
- Build/mentor a team of digital process champions and scale digital fluency.
- Foster innovation, accountability, and customer-centricity.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 15+ years in commercial operations, business transformation, or process excellence.
- Enterprise-scale digital/process transformation leadership.
- Business ownership of platforms (ERP, CPQ, eCommerce, WMS, CRM, analytics).
- Strong AI/automation fluency; translate capabilities into business value.
- Familiarity with pharma regulatory/compliance (FDA, GxP).
- Experience with C-suite/Board-level executives.
- Lean Six Sigma (or equivalent) is a plus.
