Senior Director, PMO Strategic Portfolio Management & AI Innovation

Role: Senior Director leading AI-enabled portfolio strategy and operations within Insmed's Program Management Operations (PMO), reporting to the Executive Director. Objectives: leverage AI and data analytics to optimize portfolio performance, reporting, and strategic decision-making for biopharma programs. Responsibilities: design AI-driven portfolio frameworks, develop advanced analytics dashboards, integrate machine learning into reporting processes, and support cross-functional strategic initiatives across R&D, clinical, regulatory, and commercial teams. Qualifications: advanced degree in business, data science, engineering, or life sciences; 10-12 years in strategic planning, portfolio management, or consulting, with at least 5 years in pharma/biotech; proven experience applying AI/ML to business or portfolio analytics; strong understanding of drug development and pharma business models; technical proficiency in Python/R, SQL, Tableau/PowerBI. Preferred: MBA or advanced data/AI degree, experience in respiratory, immunology, neurology, or rare diseases, and familiarity with AI platforms like TensorFlow, cloud ML services; PMP or similar certification is a plus.
