Essential Job Functions:
- Lead the development of integrated commercialization and launch strategies for pipeline assets (market shaping, positioning, segmentation, targeting, customer engagement planning).
- Develop and operationalize launch excellence frameworks (readiness milestones, governance, KPIs, cross-functional execution plans).
- Partner with Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Market Access to incorporate commercial insights into development and access strategies.
- Lead forecasting, market assessments, competitive intelligence, and opportunity sizing to support pipeline prioritization and decisions.
- Drive pre-launch and launch omnichannel engagement strategies for healthcare practitioners, patients, caregivers, advocacy organizations, and key stakeholders.
- Establish strategic brand positioning, value proposition, messaging platforms, and customer experience strategies.
- Lead cross-functional launch planning meetings and ensure alignment across commercial, medical, finance, supply chain, legal, and compliance.
- Support business development evaluations with commercial assessments, market analyses, and launch feasibility perspectives.
- Develop executive-level presentations and updates for senior leadership and Board meetings.
- Partner with Commercial Operations and Analytics to develop launch metrics, dashboards, and performance tracking.
- Lead agency/external partner relationships for high-quality launch execution.
- Ensure promotional and launch planning compliance with corporate policies and FDA Medical/Legal/Regulatory review requirements.
- Mentor and develop marketing talent; foster a high-performance, accountable culture.
- Identify innovative commercial opportunities and future-forward capabilities.

Skills and Qualifications:
- MBA required.
- 12+ years U.S. pharma/biotech commercial experience; 8+ years in strategic marketing, launch planning, or pipeline commercialization.
- Experience leading pre-launch/launch strategy for specialty/rare disease/endocrine products (preferred).
- Strong understanding of pharma commercialization, market access, patient services, medical engagement, and omnichannel marketing.
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in matrix environments.
- Strategic, analytical, financial acumen; ability to leverage complex data.
- Experience with executive business cases/forecasts/Board-ready presentations.
- Knowledge of FDA regulations and promotional compliance.
- Leadership presence; strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and commercial analytics platforms.
